Mike Posner "One Foot Out The Door" Mixtape

Mike Posner embarks on his second musical adventure with One Foot Out The Door, an effort that includes tracks with Kid CuDi, Bun B, Big Sean, GLC, Saigon, 3Oh!3, Freddie Gibbs and XV. Mike is a senior at Duke University, but when he has time off from class schedule he tours the United States, including a show at LA’s ROXY night club which I must say was very well played. The maturity in his music/this mixtape can be seen when comparing this to his prior effort, A Matter of Time, whether we are looking at the beat composition or the laundry list of features he has. Mike has definately made a name for himself on the music scene. Keep reading for more information and download link… Luckily, we at LOUDreams got a chance to sit down with him prior to the release of this mixtape and talk to him about his life as a student/musician and his relationships in the music industry so, BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THE LOUDreams x MIKE POSNER INTERVIEW COMING SOON!!! Now, here is a link to the mixtape, which is also available (FOR FREE!!!) on iTunes. Click Here to Download the mixtape!!

Katie Eary S/S 2010 Collection

Art and creative expression is clearly alive and well in the fashion world, thanks to in part: Katie Eary, a 25 year old British designer currently based in London. Her amazing Spring 2010 collection has caught everyone’s attention; can you blame them, who wouldn’t notice this? Her designs bring out an eerie exploration of inner decay of the human body and its twisted beauty.

J. Cole "Unabomber"

The more love he gets the prouder I become. The voice this generation is missing! As Andre3000 once said:

"But enough of that everyone can rap unless they ain’t supposed to I use my gift of gab to boast and brag in every rhyme I compose won’t y’all get sick of that, cause I know I do when I hear those. Flows that ain’t hip-hop, you find that shit in the gift shop"

Finally, we have someone who is using his voice to spotlight the struggles of society and one who is using his voice as a positive vehicle to resonate throughout societal structures. Thank you J. Cole.

Private Radio

I really want to see this movie, it looks interesting. Who's going to come with me?

"In the 1960s a group of 8 rogue DJs on a boat in the middle of the Northern Atlantic, played rock records and broke the law all for the love of music. The songs they played united and defined an entire generation and drove the British government crazy. By playing rock 'n roll they were standing up against the British government who did everything in their power to shut them down."

Guess What Weezy Got Toya 4 Her Birthday?

An Aston Martin! I know Weezy got it like that but daaaaaaaamn. Toya is one lucky girl huh? Well, last night Toya and friends celebrated her birthday in Atlanta. And although Weezy bought Toya an Aston Martin, her boo, James Hardy, bought her a shotgun just in case Weezy wants to get out of line! LOL.

Robert Bradford Sculpture

Obviously a kid at heart, Robert Bradford creates life-size and larger than life sculptures of humans and animals from discarded plastic items, mainly toys but also other colorful plastic bits and pieces, such as combs and buttons, brushes and parts of clothes pegs.
